Overview

The super safari is the most-booked excursion in Hurghada for a reason: it packs five separate activities into six hours without any of them feeling rushed. A 4x4 convoy runs out into the Eastern Desert for a dune session, then hands you over to quad bikes for an hour of open riding.

After that comes a camel ride and a Bedouin village where you can watch bread baked on a dome griddle, try a shisha and have henna done. Dinner is a barbecue at the camp, followed by a folklore show and a telescope stargazing session. Children are welcome — under-12s ride pillion on the quads with an instructor.
